We, the People of theFree Worldwho are believed to be free, great thinkers and adventurers alike, desirous of working together to help humanity, re-affirm the fundamental purpose of the concept of a United Nations Organization. We also re-affirm the promotion of world peace, peaceful co-existence and international economic development. We seek to enhance cooperation among the Pacific Asian Atlantic geo-political bloc countries and the North, South and Eastern Atlantic countries for the development of mutual and friendly relations among its people. In this way, we seek to achieve international co-operation in solving global problems, through a strategic and international business consortium and economic development.

We declare and proclaim that our concept and philosophy is “Humanitarian Capitalism”. Our concept of ‘Humanitarian Capitalism’ is to use our available resources and expertise to engage in global business and economic development in developing and third world countries, in order to help the disadvantaged people help themselves to become productive and resourceful to society, thereby helping others, under the framework of Pacific Asian Atlantic Group.

We re-affirm our desire to articulate and enhance the Pacific Asian Atlantic People’s co-operation and, thereby, advocate the promotion of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Values through peaceful co-existence and international development. We hope to inter-link a new dynamic of international relations and economic co-operation among member countries of the United Nations Organization.

We shall create micro-business enterprises and Rural Community Banking Institutions throughout the third world countries, so as to enhance global economic development. We shall establish and manage trans-national holdings, corporations, as well as creative economic sustainable development micro organizations throughout the developing world. We are determined to overcome obstacles that may hinder our desire to accomplish these objectives. We shall accelerate economic growth among the Pacific Asian Atlantic Nations, so as to improve the socio-economic gaps between developed and developing nations, as well as underdeveloped nations. These endeavors would be navigated through the framework of the Pacific Asian Atlantic Business Group for International Development’s concept and philosophy of “Humanitarian Capitalism”.

We believe that genuine co-operation among the Pacific Asian Atlantic Nations and its people are to be based on joint consideration of international economic problems and finding creative solutions. We, the people, who are believed to be great thinkers of the free world, are essential to fulfilling the Pacific Asian Atlantic community’s common desire to achieve international economic development.

We shall be conscious of the fact that we need each other to preserve and protect our God-given rights. Yet, we seek to achieve our common desire and believe we are pre-destined to do so in this 21st century and the New Millennium.

We shall establish subsidiaries of specialized, strategic and economically sustainable international non-governmental organizations, in order to facilitate the accomplishment of our objectives and aspirations.

We are convinced of the need to develop a system of strategic and comprehensive international business development organizations, economic policy, goodwill, bilateral and multilateral trade relations between developed, developing and underdeveloped communities throughout the world.

Therefore, we the Humanitarian Capitalist People of the free world, who sympathize and empathize with the underprivileged people, communities and nations of the world, do solemnly resolve to constitute ourselves into a strategic, multi-religious, non-governmental, socio-economic, humanitarian, international business development and global family-minded membership organization, to be known and called, Pacific Asian Atlantic Business Group for International Development (PAABG) and the Pacific Asian Atlantic Foundation (PAAF).

So Help Us God!
